Harris Sliwoski LLP Welcomes Five Outstanding Cannabis Attorneys

We are pleased to announce the addition of five outstanding cannabis attorneys to our Washington and California offices.

Aaron Pelley, Kristin Westphal, Karen Albence, Aaron John, and Elijah Hartman have joined our law firm from Cultiva Law Group. They will continue to focus on representing cannabis, hemp, and psychedelics-related businesses. Their clients include business owners and operators, investors, financial institutions, insurers, and industry and trade organizations. Their experience covers business litigation, transactions, intellectual property, real estate, and regulatory matters.

These accomplished, senior attorneys add significant depth to the firm’s Cannabis Law practice group, distinguished as a national leader since 2010. Vince Sliwoski, Harris Sliwoski’s Managing Partner, stated:

“All of these lawyers understand the challenges and opportunities the law presents for businesses working in cannabis and related regulated industries. This is a terrific team of lawyers with a wealth of valuable experience. Their insights will be a tremendous asset for our West Coast clients.”

Aaron Pelley stated:

“Harris Sliwoski LLP has been a firm I have worked with and against for over a decade. I am very excited to be a part of this firm’s legacy. We found the perfect alignment in terms of philosophy, culture, and values.”
